Althought this seems like a varied list of services, on closer review you will see that they are all creative and intellectual services.  My artistic and intuitive abilities, in conjunction with my formal education, allow me to offer impeccible artistic design services and intuitive, life-changing counseling. 
 
My clientelle spans the U.S. and even includes clients from a few other countries. It would be fun to name drop, but I never share client lists and respect the privacy of all of my clients, including those who collect my artwork and those who seek out counselling with me.
 
 
What’s A MAEPH, CH and PBH?

MAEPH represents Member (of the) Association of Ethical and Professional Hypnotherapists.

CH is short for Clinical Hypnotherapist

PBH lets you know that I am a  member and Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist with the Professional Board of Hypnotherapy.

 

What Is Intuitive Hyphotherapy?

Hypnotherapy helps a person delve into their subconscious for answers they may not know consciously. Unfortunately, this means that they cannot always tell their hypnotherapist what it is that they most need to work on. Add intuitive abilities to the hypnotherapy and the hypnotherapist can better know where to direct the client during therapy. I can even offer you intuitive phone sessions before we meet for hypnotherapy sessions.

 

I spent ten years in the desert southwest with an amazing teacher learning how to harness my intuitive abilities to help others. I have spent the decade since doing just that. When you add intuitive abilities to hypnotherapy, clients get help that cannot be found in more traditional therapies. 

 

What is Tracking?

One of the methods my intuitive abilities allows me to use is called Tracking. This is a method used to "track" common themes in a person's life to find their base issue so that they can resolve it and move on with their life unencumbered. It is a very simple, yet powerful tool and is just one in the arsenal of methodologies we can use to help your life become what you dream it can be.

 

How Do I Get Started?

Call for a free consult. It takes about fifteen minutes and can be done over the phone.

After the initial assessment, it will be decided which method or combination of methods will benefit you the most. We can change direction at any time, depending on progress and individual needs. I treat clients all over the country via the telephone, but hypnotherapy sessions must be in person. Depending on my schedule, I can come to you or you can come see me in Houston. I understand how difficult schedules can be, especially for my celebrity clients, so I work with you so that you can get the care you need.

What is a Life Coach?

A life coach is someone trained in ways of helping people find the answers they are searching for in their lives. They generally use a variety of methodologies and treatments to work with every area of someone's life to make it everything they already know it can be.

 

By hiring a life coach, you are making a contract with yourself to get past subconscious roadblocks to get off of the treadmill and start your true journey. It takes work, dedication and willingness. Beyond that, it takes only the motivation to keep redefining your goals, because as you grow, you change. As goals are met, you will find that your vision of what you want for your life changes, too. That is why it is said that life is in the journey, not the destination. If it were the opposite, we would have already arrived. How boring would that be?

Have you felt like you are living in a fog? Or do you feel that instead of living your life, your life is living you? In today's rat-race lifestyles, it can be pretty easy to forget to add yourself to your Daytimer. In time, you life starts spinning out of control. Relationships (personal and professional) start decaying. Success starts slipping through your fingers or becomes meaningless. All of that just isn't necessary.

 

You schedule regular maintenance for your car, right? Well you should. Machines run better when you take care of them. So do people. It is time to schedule yourself time for maintenance and recharging your batteries. It's time to figure out what that nagging feeling is that is starting to drive you nuts, or why certain things or people affect you in unexpected ways. You are starting to get angry or weepy when a certain co-worker or family member comes around. You have forgotten exactly why your dreams meant so much to you at one time. You start feeling run down or become seriously ill.

 

All of these things can be avoided if you just take the time to seek out a therapist that can put you back in touch with what is most important to you. They can also help you figure out why you self-sabotage or engage in dangerous behaviors. I can help you with these things. Unlike talk therapy, which has its place, intuitive hypnotherapy often can produce results in one or two visits. After the initial work-up, you will only need to be seen when something new comes up or if you see that you have re-entered the rat-race. It's okay to have a busy lifestyle when there is a healthy balance and you are actually dealing with your problems, rather than running from them or drowning them with drugs or alcohol. It is being pro-active rather than re-active. It is the difference in time spent in healthy introspection or time spent in rehab. I guess I could have saved the Sheen's and Baldwin's a lot of grief had I called them to offer my services years ago. Sorry boys!

 

Speaking of the Hollywood bad-boys - had they called me for sessions before they got married (each time) I could have saved them a lot of craziness and alimony. I can tell couples why a marriage will or won't work and can try to help you alleviate the problems before they start. Keep in mind though, I am an impath, not a magician.

  

Even so, it often feels easier to stay in a bad relationship or stick with a dead-end job because even though they aren't what are best for us, they fall into that fallacy we believe is our comfort zone. If you stay with that person, keep showing up every day at that mind-numbing job or continue with self-destructive behaviors, you will wake up one day and realize that precious years have gone by and you were barely conscious. You will have robbed yourself of a life that could have been filled with discovery, excitement and even fun.

 

I won't throw those tired, old phrases at you such as "living an authentic life" or "living up to your full potential", but notice that both of those have the word living in them. Are you living? Can you say that in the last week you took a healthy risk, or tried something that truly excited you?

 

Or perhaps you can say that. Perhaps you have it all together, are reaching for (and grasping) the stars and life couldn't get better. Congratulations. You are a rarity. Please, tell us your secret.

 

Most of us cannot do this alone. If it was that easy, everyone would be living their wildest dreams. There wouldn’t be thousands of self-help books published every year.

 

Shows like Oprah and Dr. Phil would perish and the entire field of psychotherapy would dry up overnight.

 

Not that those would be bad things, they just aren’t very likely to happen. So we do have ways to get help, and luckily there isn’t just one option. There are people who have gifted insight and there are those willing to help. That’s a good thing.

 

Whether you work out your problems by reading a book, going to a therapist, or watching Oprah, the point is that by virtue of the fact that you are still reading this, you are considering making a change in your life. That’s great! Recognizing that there are things in your life that you want to improve can be half the battle. Doing the work to improve them is the other half. I can be here for you whatever you decide.
